Mahesh Jadhav
Founder & Director
Mahesh Jadhav is a distinguished education and social development professional with over 15 years of experience in educational leadership, teacher development, school transformation, CSR, and community engagement. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in CSR Management from Nirmala Niketan, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management of Education from the University of Mumbai, a Master’s in Marathi Literature, a B.Ed. (Science & Mathematics), and a B.Sc. in Chemistry. Throughout his career, Mahesh has held leadership positions with renowned organizations including Adani Foundation, Akanksha Foundation, Kotak Education Foundation, and Dr. Reddy's Foundation. His expertise spans strategic program management, teacher professional development, curriculum design, monitoring & evaluation, school leadership, and multi-stakeholder partnerships. A passionate advocate for equitable and inclusive education, Mahesh completed the CHILD Course in Inclusive Education (Aatman Academy & University of Roehampton). He has contributed to educational research with publications on Child-Centered Education and has led STEM reviews. His dedication has earned him recognition from STIR Foundation as a Best Education Practice Implementer and appreciation for mentoring innovative student research projects under the City as Lab initiative.

Farhin Khan is a passionate educator, social impact professional, and leader with over 15 years of experience in the education and development sector. Her career has been dedicated to empowering children, supporting underserved communities, and driving meaningful change through education. She began her professional journey as a teacher, working closely with students to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences. Her commitment to educational excellence led her to work with the renowned Akanksha Foundation, where she contributed to initiatives focused on improving learning outcomes for underprivileged children. Her dedication, professionalism, and commitment to excellence earned her recognition as an Outstanding Employee through a Service Award for her significant contributions. As Co-founder & Director of Revibe Catalyst Services, Farhin combines her expertise in education, training, operations, and community development to design impactful learning experiences and capacity-building programs. She is deeply committed to empowering educators, institutions, and communities through innovative training solutions, effective communication practices, and transformational learning initiatives.
Pooja Pawar
Head – Communications & Partnerships
Pooja Pawar serves as the Head – Communications & Strategic Partnerships at Revibe Catalyst Consultancy & Services, bringing nearly a decade of experience across the education, health, and social development sectors. She has held key roles with organizations such as The Akanksha Foundation and DigiSwasthya Foundation, leading strategic communications, donor relations, government liaisoning, stakeholder engagement, and partnership development initiatives. With a Master's degree in Mass Communication & Journalism, Pooja combines strong expertise in institutional networking, proposal development, outreach, storytelling, and impact communication. Her ability to build meaningful collaborations with government agencies, CSR partners, donors, media, and development institutions strengthens Revibe Catalyst’s mission of driving sustainable educational and social transformation.
Vimi Bhasin
Operations Manager
Vimi is a seasoned education professional with over 20 years of experience in the education sector. She has built extensive expertise in operations management, team leadership, and educational administration throughout her career. Beginning her journey as an educator at Shishuvan School, she developed a strong foundation in teaching and student engagement before expanding her responsibilities into operational and leadership roles. She further contributed her knowledge and experience at AVM School, where she played a key role in managing educational operations and supporting institutional growth. With a deep understanding of educational processes and people management, Vimi has successfully led teams, streamlined operations, and fostered collaborative work environments. Today, she combines her professional expertise with her passion for social impact by running her own centre dedicated to supporting children with ADHD. Through this initiative, she works closely with children and families, creating inclusive learning opportunities and contributing meaningfully to society. Her unique blend of educational experience, operational excellence, leadership skills, and commitment to community welfare makes her a highly effective and compassionate Operations Manager.
Bhikan Sahadu Patil
Program Manager
Bhikan Sahadu Patil is a development sector professional with over 12 years of experience in CSR and social development. He holds an MSW, a Certificate in Counselling Psychology, and a PG Diploma in CSR from Nirmala Niketan College of Social Work, Mumbai. His expertise includes project management, livelihood and skill development, community mobilization, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building. He has worked extensively with corporates, NGOs, government agencies, and communities to implement sustainable and impactful development initiatives.

Rashmi Chainani
Special Educator & Former Principal
Rashmi Chainani is a Special Educator with a B.Ed. in Special Education from SNDT University. She worked with the Department of Special Education at SNDT for 4 years in their Experimental Special School. Over a 15-year career as a school principal, she led TULIPS School for multiply disabled students for 7 years and was the founding principal of Shindewadi Mumbai Public School under the PPP policy, working closely with students and the community. Currently, she serves as a school coach supporting school leaders in achieving their developmental goals.
Dr. Ronald Yesudhas

Dr. Ronald Yesudhas is a Teacherpreneur/Pracademic with nearly two decades of experience in teaching, research, and professional practice in Management of Non-Profit/Social Enterprises. He currently serves as a Faculty Member at Nirmala Niketan's College of Social Work, Mumbai. In addition to his academic role, he serves as a Trustee and Advisor to multiple nonprofits & social enterprises, providing guidance in governance, strategic partnerships, and project management.

Deepti Kommera is a systems practitioner and development professional with over 20 years of experience in regenerative agriculture, rural livelihoods, philanthropy, and multi-stakeholder partnerships. She has led large-scale programs across India focused on water security, natural farming, farmer producer organizations (FPOs), and women-led livelihoods. Deepti brings extensive experience in philanthropy portfolio management, having worked closely with HNIs and UHNIs on strategic giving, grant management, and ecosystem partnerships. She has worked with nonprofits, foundations, governments, and social enterprises in fundraising, policy advocacy, program design, and grant management, and currently supports organizations in building resilient, community-driven development models and regenerative value chains.
Neeta Gandhi
Clinical Psychologist & Arts-Based Therapist
Neeta Gandhi is a Clinical Psychologist, Counsellor, and Arts-Based Therapy Practitioner with a Master's degree in Law, a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling. She is trained in REBT, CBT, and Arts-Based Therapy, with specialized CBT training from the Beck Institute, USA, in collaboration with Swasti Institute, Pune. With extensive experience working with schools, colleges, and private clients, Neeta specializes in counselling adolescents and adults. She has conducted numerous workshops on mental health, stress management, anger management, and emotional well-being for educators and institutional staff. Her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based counselling with creative arts, including music, drama, and visual arts. Beyond her professional work, she is a passionate wildlife photographer, nature enthusiast, and painter, with her work showcased at renowned art and photography exhibitions.
